The hotel is situated in the more refined North Shore area of Blackpool, right on the Queens Promenade, which runs along the seafront.
A peaceful, tranquil oasis away from the crowds, the hotel is nevertheless close to all of this seaside resorts major attractions. Blackpool Tower, home of the Tower Ballroom and the Tower Circus, is just 1.5 miles (2.4 km) away and Louis Tussaud's Waxworks is just 1.8 miles (3 km) away. The town centre and all of its fantastic shops are only around 2 miles (3.2 km) from the hotel and the Winter Gardens, which regularly hosts major shows and concerts, is a similar distance away. |
By Car:
- Head towards Blackpools seafront promenade.
- Head north at the towns North Pier until you arrive at the Gynn Square roundabout.
- Continue along the promenade and Chequers Plaza Hotel is approximately 200 metres further on, past the roundabout, on the corner of Empress Drive. |
